Then the judge should throw the frivolous cases out. Only the real cases remain. This they need to do more of. I was sued by a psycho once for telling her she was nuts. It was the stupidest thing ever. A friend was also sued by her ex-husband 40 times in 2 years. Again, why do they allow the wackos to clog up the court system? That's my beef. But I dont want to give up right to sue a corporation for millions if they've badly damaged me, No way. And neither should you. The McDonalds suit though is going way too far.
