The simple truth, is that it is easier (and cheaper) to break a Carbon-Hydrogen bond than it is to break an Oxygen-Hydrogen bond. Maybe you can put Harry Potter on the project. :o) re:"We need to invent cleaner ways of making H2 fuel. If we can put a man on the moon, we can do this.
