You guys are all too bearish. This is not Japan repeated.

I'll agree with all the overbought theories out there. Even Jubak, says we either go much higher or much lower from here. How about we just stay in a wide range for the rest of the year? There is a supply imbalance like the late 90s, but not due to the huge 401K and index funds buying, as much as the huge short interest.

There is way too much liquidity - too easy for folks to refi and get credit card cash at 0%,etc.

You can view this as the top of the cliff, ready to tumble.
Yet, what if all the steps are the right medicine for the economy, will we tumble? Maybe not. Will we rise a lot further, maybe, maybe not.
