And the federal government should not trivialize the powers of the state legislatures. See Article V to the U. S. Constitution below.

"The Congress . . . on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which . . . shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution . . . ."

Naah, it is easy for the City guys to do. No downside, and it is "in" with the liberal crowd. Gets you all the girls.

Not one thing has been done by Ashcroft, et al, under the act that I have heard a complaint about. The Liberals use the College speech codes all the time to violate civil rights, and not one word is heard from the anti-Patriot crowd about it.
