I have all the name-callers on ignore, but if I find out about a fib they're telling I'll un-ignore them at least temporarily to set the record straight. Mostly they're far rightwingers but there are a few conspiracy theorists and other nut cases too. Why bother with the spam? Name-calling is just another form of annoying spam. It has nothing to say but nya nya. I try to avoid name-calling myself. People generally delete those messages right away.
