It was always 15%. China either is under-reporting or has a different disease. Its 15% in Toronto, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. As soon as WHO released discharge data April 10 it was possible to calculate the true case fatality rate. It wasn't 7% or 10%. It was and is 15%.
