GW Bush rates very high on the bull-o-meter. The writer of that article is clearly pro-Bush and biased.

I have never seen a more dishonest president than Bush, though he doesn't often come right out and lie. Instead, most everything he says publicly is crafted to conceal the real truth, deflect criticism he deserves to get. He also promises a lot things he has no intention of delivering and tries to take credit for things he fought against previously. A lot of what he says though is just plain bull.

I have listened to a lot of politician's speeches.
John Kerry is the most honest I have ever heard, though even he occasionally slips around the hard facts.
