Only when the reasons relate to domestic causes or reasons.

As commander in Chief and Leader Of the Free World,your President is open to opinion and,if necessary,critisism on matters that affect the Global Community,but it would be internal political actions that would bring about the Impeachment.Is has little or nothing to do with domestic matters.
