Indeed, the US-Israel relationship mirrors that between France and Algeria in 1950-62: from 1961 onwards, France came under terrorist attacks by the French-led OAS. Besides, how come we had to wait until AFTER the war (on Iraq) to hear liberal mouthpieces (like The Nation) debunking the "war-for-oil" baloney?? Why didn't they expose the war as a neocon/Zionist conspiracy BEFORE the war? Gus
