You found that post. Well, well, well. It seems I am not alone in noticing these things. That one I recorded a long time ago. It does illuminate things doesn't it? He's charging minimums just like any old bucket shop boiler room operation. Berber and his cronies here lied about that on that thread and others. Some of the more enlightening posts made at SI on that topic were made by a poster called mmaker. I learned of his statements a long time after this thread got going, but if you're out there mm, I would be very interested in speaking with you - anytime.

So I am surely not the only one who noticed these things. The one difference is that I've identified myself. I did that to give SI members some confidence in what I had to say, that I did not need to hide behind an alias when I made the very serious allegations that I have. However, let me say to all of you here I am an excellent target for the defendants, so don't feel that you need to put yourself out there in the same way. You do not need to.

Except for what happened before, with filtering, editing and various suspensions, there is one great benefit to SI, and that is that everything is recorded. Berber et al made their fortune through Internet communications. They could not have done so otherwise, not on the scale of hundreds of millions of dollars. The method he used in the end shall be his undoing, because the Internet leaves an unmistakable digital trail.

Bob, don't ever sell SI to Mr. Berber, CyberTrader or Schwab! It would be erased in toto overnight...
