Much too simple, Mike. If the answer were that simple it would have been done a long time ago. As you can see from my earlier post to Bill, it's just as likely that money doesn't get to the classroom because it's eaten up by an overweight bureaucracy which stifles teachers creativity. Going private with vouches will only make it worse. Charter schools offer some hope because the better ones give teachers much more control over the curriculum. But you and Bill wouldn't like that. You guys are too busy criticizing the teaching profession.
