When countries are ruled by thugocracy and toughest alpha male vicious bully takes all, it's anybody's business and anybody can legitimately take over.

I dont agree, but if I did, I would question why Cuba is as it is (and Haiti). Shouldn't they be prioritized for action ?

So when the US is being killed and we get a real CIC it's a problem we get a real President?
