I remember reading some where about a form for canadian investors that one could fill out to treat gains as capital gains as opposed to income.. I vaguely remember this is a one time kind of deal.. Just don't remember the form name or any restrictions that might go with it.. Thinking if this might be a way around being treated trader as opposed to investor by Revenue Canada..

Any ideas ??
