Just a few simple questions for you:

1. Do you believe that legally-binding contracts should now all of a sudden be deemed worthless?

2. Do you believe that the laws against fraud and breach of fiduciary duty should be thrown out?

3. Do you believe that if individuals and companies deliberately and provably set out to defraud and ruin thousands of their clients they should get a free pass?

4. Do you think we should legalize theft for businessmen?

5. Do you believe criminals are to be admired, so long as they commit their crimes in a clever manner?

From what you posted, it seems that you do. Let me know if I'm wrong and, while you do, you might address some of the specific issues raised here, rather than make inflammatory statements.

It is always the same, isn't it? Let's call people names without discussing the facts. You know, I have named the defendants criminals, but when I did, I backed up those grave allegations with quite a lot of evidence. You might try doing the same. Otherwise, you do waste your time.

One more question for you: If my case were without merit, then why have the defendants not sought dismissal? Hmmm, I asked this question many times before here, but it has not been answered. That's because the answer is self-evident.
