Orca, Hell, we have spent as much time being the aggressors, as we have being the defenders, from the Revolutionary War on. Personally, I am glad we were the aggressors in that case. I don't care much for the stuffy, stiff upper lipped, limeys, and wouldn't want to be one. We have even been aggressors against ourselves. Look at the War Between The States. Some say the whole thing was fought because of slavery, but have forgotten that the main bitch the South had, was the loss of state's rights. Don't get me wrong. Slavery is man's inhumanity to man, and is not acceptable in any society.

We cannot unilaterally disarm ourselves, and expect to further the peace process. All that would do is invite invasion. Then where would we be?? Where would the world be??
