The present Republican Congress created the present $400 Billion budget deficit after Bush asked for it.

I find it ironic that Bill Clinton had the balls to take on Newt Gingrich and veto a budget he didn't like but Reagan apparently lacked the fortitude to take on Tip O'Neil.

Or maybe Reagan signed those deficit exploding budgets because he approved of them, as an honorable President would do?
