When we went through the exercise of determining (in the window allowed) whether this thread would remain unmoderated as opposed to moderated, we decided upon unmoderated. We counted on your sensibilities when we made that decision, and I personally think we made the right decision. Not so much because of the sensibilities of me or any other admin but because of the more grown-up nature of the thread's community. I think that phone call was the closest thing to a TOU complaint I've ever received for this thread.
