LOL, poor poor syd. Homeland Security as a department was brilliant. Stick all those separate organizations under one roof and bury all the separate mutual admiration of certain departments with their favorite congressman or senator and one can cut the fat by consolidation and elimination of redundant functions. That's an obvious fallout of the process. But syd I do wonder with those two by fours of judgement of everyone in government in your eyes, what rational basis you have for any beliefs.
