The concept that our constitution should "fit" with the documents of other countries. Begins to sound like the travesty of the UN.

That was not the judge's language, Kevin. He implied a a lack of American sovereignty, not a cooperation of equally sovereign nations. This is supported by his earlier comments of concerning the de facto 'union' of nations through immigration and otherwise. It is frightening indeed...
