I don't see the odds in chasing this today, even for scalping. This is probably style more than anything. I prefer to get out after I sense the meat and potatoes are about gone. The best s-t trade for me is when one enters at a scary spot, sticks out the indecision that follows, then sells into the first obvious exuberance.

I am much better at holding than I was in my wiggle days, but when we get into thin air like this, I think it is wise to shorten ones timeframe. (I think you said more or less the same thing last week.) When buy and hold returns, about when I retire I figure, I'll have to learn even better how to sit on my hands.
