I more or less agree with some of what he says about the economy. We are not the behemoth economically that we are militarily. And I really don't like the expansion of tax cuts, the new Medicare stuff, the unending trade deficits, the falling dollar, the failure of the greatest set of interest rate cuts in my memory to get the economy going, etc., etc., ad nauseum. Some will tell you that all we need is a little growth and everything will take care of itself. Easier said than done.
