A pretty good jump off the bottom, the lows may be in??? This stuff always seems to happen when you just get bored and resigned to the whole situation.

Edit: Hasn't seem to affected the home builders much or at all. I still think shorting the sub-prime lenders is going to be a great opportunity for those brave enough to buy put LEAPS. May not be a bad time to buy some Jan 2006 put LEAPS on CFC if you have a long term perspective and some mad money.
