Do you think it's a particularly smart or constructive thing to say? I'd say it's damn insensitive to the troops sweating it out there (many are petitioning their congressmen to repatriate their units). It's also insensitive to the families of those who passed away. How you suppose they feel hearing that from Dumbuya? Bring it on! We want more attacks and body bags! 1 or 2 fatalities a day is not enough (think about LA, DC or New Orleans!).

Trickle-down tax cuts are the least stimulative type. They are given to those at the top and not necessary spent. The most stimulative are tax cuts given to the people living from week to week. They will spend the money right away. Common sense.
