Ciao Bob...

You're more than welcome for the tribunal details...

I think Thermo Tech and its owners-of-stock have ALWAYS been in a world of hurt ... except for the honchos running it. And of course ... for those who have claimed that fortunes were made ... but ... they lost it all in a divorce. LOL! That one always made me snicker. I like the tale where others have said ... they broke even. Yeah, that particular was good too... SCREWED is more like it!

Not sure what effect (if any) the Campney & Murphy closure will have on this trial. I see NO HOPE for investors ... regardless. As TTRIF doesn't have a reputable company and/or viable technology. Its a No-Brainer that TT has only been good for gypping shareholders ... while profiting themselves.

Don't mean to sound smart-alecky here… Its just my adamant opinion. I wish the best for others who feel differently nonetheless and wish they'd prove me wrong.

Regards,

Cayman

Excerpt from Docket: S016526:

[9] It does not appear that the plaintiff companies have the wherewithal to operate a plant, though there are continuing efforts to market their processes and to lease the Hamilton facility. The financial outlook for the plaintiffs, if not bleak, is at least highly uncertain.
