t-mobile is $10 for 10 meg, $20 for unlimited.

cost is CRUCIAL, but not mentioned.

I do not think that 15 people will (often) all "do" voice calls simultaneously.

But, 15 people may often be looking at their computers (or PDAs), using packet based capacity of the the cell carrier's slice of spectrum.
