SAM: I think businesses were just waiting for the dust to settle, before taking a plunge. I still watch both volume and market valuations. Along with corporate shoppers. A good recovery sign. Recent activity has shown the strong are willing to borrow, or offer stock, before a full recovery. I think were seeing the start of a feeding frenzy. No competitor wants to be left in the dust, with borrowing costs favorable in long term debt financing. Also stock prices have recovered enough to offer equity. Might just be the thing that gets interest rates back on the curve up.
