Hmm, I bet a good number of those names would be very valuable to boilerooms everywhere ! Why not try to get some value for the "cartel" ? Start a marketing company selling names of suckers to scamsters ? Riley G can be "Chairman of the Fraud" And Chief Psychic. Pugs can be "Chief Delusions Officer" as well as Vice President in charge of threatening legal action to anyone & everyone. He can also be in charge of tracking down that check that got lost in the mail ! LOL Might as well put the incompetent SEC folks that did nothing to the RMIL officers on the advisory board.
