Cyberken, you sound hysterical. 20 guys attacked us, not any nation, nor any religion. Just fanatics of a religion. Every religion has its fanatics, just more so nowadays with Islamics. But right-wing Jews killed Rabin. McVeigh was some kind of right-wing Christian. Left-wing extremists kill too. Happens all over the world. Frankly, on 9-11, I think they just got lucky or somebody on our side let it happen. Never could they have imagined they'd be so "successful". Now I was for taking out the Taliban and stern counter-terrorism globally, as well as guarding all WMD's worldwide, especially the former Soviet stuff. But let's not over-react. Al Qaida is not going to destroy America. It's possible it might never even attack again, though we have to keep our guard up. The war on Iraq might hurt us or help us. Nobody knows. And also, there is no strictly military solution to terrorism. Terrorists are not countries, after all, they are small cells under the radar screen. Kind of like human viruses. They are fanatic rebels. They hide, hit and run. And since they are willing to kill themselves in the process, they're especially tricky to stop. Look, we cant even find Osama or Saddam. So until we do, why not just stop and try to figure out where we are. Hopefully by then things will die down. As they often do. If there can be peace in Ireland, we can come to peace as well. But never let hatred take over. Once it does, you're as bad as they are.
