<<Mongolia is likely to make IVN like Sudbury Ontario made Inco >>

So how do you rank this investment, high spec or what? Looking for an idea of the %age of PF to commit.

Claude,

IVN's deposit looks very good. I see a bare minimum of 500 mm tonnes of good ore. There are 2 major barriers that I see: 1) $1 billion or more to put the thing in production at 100,000 t/day (can IVN do it alone?) and 2) the almost 300 mm shares of IVN out there today i.e. the deposit is valued at almost $1 billion now. Having said that, I don't disagree with the valuation. I think it is fairly valued ... but no much upside (like a double).

Also interesting to note that there are a number of dykes and faults cutting the deposit. For the open pit portion, that should be OK. For the underground portion (Far North zone), it may cause some problems ...

I looked at this stock twice in 3 months and both times came away with same conclusion: fairly valued. But if you believe that they can find another big deposit then the stock could grow ...

My humble opinion,

LIA
