Revenge, then? Or, as I said, wounded ego? I once knew a lawyer who fought the county because they passed an ordinance declaring how long grass should be before it is cut. He fought it all the way to the state supreme court and lost. He still refused to cut his grass so the county did and sent him the bill. He refused to pay the bill and they levyed something, not sure what. So he had a heart attack and died. He was too sweet of a guy to shoot people.
