When you are Imperialistic, you are in charge. He seems to be able to do anything he wants. Notice, Powell didn't quote the same lies the very next weekend.

I belive taking the USA into a war to kill innocent people based on a known lie, is an impeachable offense, however, it will never happen because his robots are in charge of Congress.
