This reflects the Company's sustained earnings and near elimination of debt. President and CEO Douglas Cohn said, "We are pleased to have reached this significant milestone: the issuance of the Company's first dividend. Earnings have been accelerating, the Company's net worth has grown by more than $12 million over the last four years, and debt has all but disappeared. And of particular note is the fact that most of the Company's most valuable asset - its state-of-the-art software - has not been capitalized, which means it is not reflected on the balance sheet. These facts have combined to place the Company in a strong financial position and allowed it to commence the payment of dividends."
