Bush is throwing money everywhere now, biggest spender in history. What are you talking about? And giving the rich tax breaks is a form of spending too. It drains the treasury for no compelling reason and creates huge deficits. During Bush's dishonest state of the union he promised everyone everything. I noted at the same how we couldn't possibly afford half of what Bush was proposing. Deep tax cuts and sharply increased spending both. Wouldn't even make sense to a third grade math student.
