Sergio

Let's put ICTS in the folio at 3.80. Today's news places a buyer in the market beginning early Aug.

65% of the shareholders are going to vote for the share buyback. It appears to me that will drain the public float to zero..

EDIT: SORC breaking over 8.00, nest stop is 10.00

ESST Has maintained the Up-Trend that started on May 9 from the 6.72 level and was confirmed on May 14 & 15.

The stock has been consolidating after the June 11 & 12 spike to the 10.64 level and as mentioned, has kept the trend intact.

It will give another short term buy signal on a close above 10.13 for a re-test of the Jue 12 H.

At present the nearest resistance is at 10 and support at 9.95

One thing to keep in mind is that its recent 3Ms revenues fell 58% to $33M & it had a loss of $2.1M vs. an income of $16.4M. due to lower DVD revenues and lower gross margins.

There has been some recent signicant institutional sales.

NANO touched 7.20 today. Say "when" and we'll add it. I think its got legs to 20.

Yes, the L this morning and so far today was 7.20. (Yesterday it was 7.18.<g>)

Go ahead and add it. (We can always take it off it it dips below 6.80 for a 5.55% loss or below its better looking support at 6.35 for an 11.8% loss.<g>)

It needs to get over its July 1-July 2 double top at the 8.34 level before it can embark on that trip to your target at 20.

Morning Sergio, was I dreaming when thinking you bought a new Honda? My Mom came home yesterday and announced she had just bought a new car, a Honda Element EX 4X4..Some kind of bright orange paint sceme<vbg>..Anything targeted at the college kids is also targeted at my Mom<LOL!!> Not a bad price, has all the options, $19,300. The salesman started near $21K, Mom started at $18.5K and his jaw dropped, said he'd be right back, had to talk with the manager. Came back, said he couldn't possibly go lower than $19.8K, Mom said she couldn't possibly waste any more time then<lol> (she's a tough old gal) But if he could go $19.3K, she'd right him a check, off he went again, came back at $19.4, Mom said, she'd have to check with Dad <g>.."Ok, $19.3K" "done deal"<rofl>(she would have walked away if she didn't get him down the extra hundred, bad as Ken wanting the absolutely cheapest price<vbg>)..When I bought my F350, I sent my mother to do the negotiating..as I recall they were asking $28K, she said I'll write you a check for $20.5K, another jaw hit the ground<lol>
No need for AC here this morning, 47 degrees..;^)DD
