It's no joke and it's no "sore lower" BS. It's real and it's criminal. The NAACP already sued and won an out of court settlement for Jebsters to stop this practice in 2004, but they did it again last November uppping the voter roll cuts to 97,000, all based on deliberate lies and cheating methods.
