Sort of....it includes everything except usage of the handset as a modem (for a laptop/desktop). As of a couple of months ago, I know that some people were using it as modem with out being charged extra....but I dont know if that's changed.

I think T-Mobile charges $30 for unlimited data including modem usage. That's a pretty good deal except for the fact that GPRS surfing speeds seem to be in the range of 20-40kpbs. It allows them to charge less since they know that most people arent going to try and switch over completely to GPRS surfing.

It's a little bit of a catch-22 with the higher data speeds. Generally, you dont mind people using the system to surf as much as they want but you dont want the power users that are sucking 100's of MB's of capacity (paricularly file-sharing users).
