Yeah, i think the $20 add-on plan requires calling into a CSR... they had it online until recently. Now, when you go to buy a phone, the $10 unlimited data plan (T-Zones Pro) becomes available as an option. Interestingly, tmobile hotspots (WiFi at starbucks) is also now discounted ($20/mo unlimited) when bundled with a phone plan-- it's $30/mo by itself.
