I'm not sure whether IIJI would go under. At PSR of 0.2 or less it was certainly a good buy. At PSR of 1 or higher it might be a good sell. If I'm informed correctly IIJI not only is an ISP, they are owning a vast BROADBAND network. In Japan this is certainly NOT a commodity..

great news posted on ATS Yahoo thread. It seems as if Oaktree, one of the best hedge & vulture fund operations and a steady "company" in many of my post Chapter 11 picks currently own almost a 4% position in APT Satellite (Nyse: ATS). This means hedge funds caught on. Should go MUCH higher..
