Not George Washington. He warned against partisan politics in his farewell address.

Of course, you're following the first rule of partisan politics: Accuse the other side of partisan politics.

She may or may not fantasize about Democrats all being locked up, but she isn't calling for that to happen.

I would say that she is inflamatory and very partisan, but not anti-American.
