Yes they shouldn't be having sex...but they do in very large numbers. So if they are gonna have sex anyway shouldn't they be using a condom?

Turn all kids Buddhists and sex will be relegated to something only interesting. Your point is well taken, Dipy. But how can anyone control kids. If MTV helped a little we could get somewhere.
