Not sure about MTLM, but may I ask why you want to short this stock? If you never shorted before, this stock might not be the right one as a starter... 1. This stock is trading thinly, meaning easy to manipulate the price. 2. Overall not so good time to short timing wise, bullish trend seem to be in control. 3. I would at least wait for MTLM to show some weakness before short. Just my 2 cents... Also just read Bill Gates (MS) owns about 8% of this stock through charity foundation...
