I wonder if that was what he was after all along...

The idea that he owns the name Spike is IMO silly.

I remember another case when Intel sued a Yoga studio. They had an add that said "Yoga inside" and Intel claimed that it was too similar to "Intel inside". So does Intel own the word inside???
