Recommended stocks

I have thought about CPST for awhile. My main reservation with CPST has been that they have an uneconomic product that they are committed to developing, and I think it will take a long time before they become profitable (if ever).

However, the burn is reasonable, and the upside is decent if some good news comes out.

As for PCYC, I think the board recommended buying a basket of biotech stocks earlier --- DUSA, DCRN, etc. PCYC seems reasonable --- I own PCYC some already.

However, I personally wouldn't be betting the farm on PCYC or any biotech right now, since I don't understand biotech fundamentals except that very few of these companies make money.

It seems like most of the returns from here would be from speculators bidding up the price of the stock. For me these irrational speculator-based run-ups are icing on the cake and not the bread-and-butter that can be depended on for safely earning profits.

However, perhaps someone else has a better understanding of these biotech companies and there future prospects and can justify them to me on a fundamentals basis.
