C2, re speeds. Yes, 1 megabyte per second is really nice. 1 megabit per second is pretty good. 330 kbps is passable. Which is still 4 times as fast as 1xRTT [in practise, forget the theoretical speeds]. 1xEV-DO will do about 800 kbps in practise. RoamAD could drop the speed limiting and allow 1 megabit per second [which I think is a good idea].

Yes, the further from an access point you go, the lower the data rate. But RoamAD can do 1 megabit per second in most areas, without the expense going through the roof and actually at a tenth of Telecom's charge.

The number of simultaneous users could be limited by Wacky Wireless pricing = when it's too busy, the price goes up. The old supply and demand idea. The auction process. It's worked for 1000s of years with tomatoes and works now for minutes and megabytes.
