Jr. will be out of a job one way or another - '04 or sooner via the boot (unless of course, vote rigging on the voting machines is much more widespread in '04 than it was in 2000). And in the meantime, congressional inquiry into WMD/Iraq/9-11 biz. will keep the Adminstration all tied up and pretty lame (not that they haven't been that way all along).
