Michael, let's see - such stocks won't go into my portfolio. P/E is a non-issue indicator to me. Good for marketing purposes but not for predictive ability. PSR is better, especially for intra-group comparions.. YHOO I would never invest. I don't like those internet biznes firms with razor thin margins.. ONT's price appears inflated. it's a "story stock" - not for me. Interesting case study. Would suggest to set up a portfolio of such alleged overvalued stocks and then compare against a value stock portfolio.. Don't know about any empirical academic research in the area.. rgrds CROSSY
