This is making me very hungry. Are your toads OK? M The food Boondocks grills up real burgers (a la Steak 'n' Shake/Green Gables). The double bacon cheeseburger is a best seller, edged out only by the thick, meaty, hand-breaded tenderloins. The catfish sandwich is cornmeal-crispy and delicious. Biscuits and gravy are the breakfast headliners. Also available: egg sandwiches, French toast sticks, bagel and egg/meat/hash brown combinations. Hot tip Boondocks offers a walleye fish fry every Friday night. A walleye dinner (three fillets with fries, coleslaw and hushpuppies) is $6.50. A walleye sandwich is $3.15. Desserts Save room!
