1:25PM Kohl's defended by Fahnestock (KSS) 53.19 -0.81: -- Update -- Fahnestock maintains their Buy rating on KSS following the co's warning (8:35); while firm says the shares may test the recent lows near $44 owing to disappointing 1H03 performance, they think it is more likely that the shares will move upward in Q3 toward its high of $80 with the first hint of operating improvement, which will likely occur during the back-to-school season.
