I saw a reference to their relationship in an article about Liberia the day I posted. Don't recall where - could've been online somewhere or in print in the WSJ or AJC. There weren't really details, but then I didn't really care about the details. It was, however, an amusing coincidence coming just after reading your post - seems Taylor had friends in both parties - people who many in each would rather not claim.

Anyway, Taylor is history now. Think Nigeria would take his friends as well?
