Unless one views the Bush 41/Clinton/Bush43 foreign policy as a continuum, one is missing the point about U.S. policy. 2) Re: The despotic and tyrannical regime of Saddam is the enemy. No, the man who is despotically attempting to take away our civil liberties with the fascistic USA PATRIOT Act, and who is squandering the national treasury is the enemy of the people.
